Delivery rules.

Required by New York State law. The faster you know them, the faster delivery goes.

  • 01You must be 21+ with a valid government photo ID. The customer who placed the order must be the person at the door.
  • 02Address must be a private residence. No commercial addresses, no dormitories, no federal property (including post offices).
  • 03Single-transaction limits: three ounces of cannabis flower or 24 grams of concentrates per New York state law.
  • 04Payment: cash on delivery (exact change appreciated), debit, or digital bank transfer at checkout. Credit cards cannot be processed due to federal banking rules.
  • 05No state-line crossings: federal law prohibits transporting cannabis across state lines, including to and from New Jersey or Connecticut.

In our local zone (Queens + Western Nassau) and across all of Staten Island most orders are delivered within 60–90 minutes. Nassau Extended typically lands within 90–150 minutes. How much is delivery?
Delivery is free across every zone — Queens, Nassau Long Island, Suffolk reach, and all of Staten Island. There's a single, flat order minimum of $100 — no surge, no add-on fees, no surprises at checkout.
What payment do drivers accept?
Cash on delivery (exact change appreciated), debit, in-store ATM, and digital bank transfer at checkout. Federal banking restrictions still prevent dispensaries from running credit cards.
Do I have to be home for cannabis delivery?
Yes — you, the legal account holder, must be present with your matching government-issued 21+ ID. We can't leave cannabis at the door, with a doorman, with a roommate, or with a household member who didn't place the order. NYS law requires the order holder to receive the order in person.
Can I have cannabis delivered to a hotel or office?
No. New York State delivery rules require a private residential address. Hotels, offices, dorms, federal buildings, and commercial addresses are not eligible for cannabis delivery.

How late can I order delivery?
Same-day delivery cutoffs depend on day and zone — generally about 90 minutes before store close. Our Queens & Long Island store stays open until midnight most nights and 2 AM Wed–Fri, so late-night delivery is genuinely an option. Cutoffs display at checkout once you enter your address.
Is it legal to have cannabis delivered in Long Island?
Yes — when delivered by a NY-licensed adult-use dispensary. Most Nassau and Suffolk towns opted out of cannabis retail, which means licensed Queens dispensaries are the lawful delivery supply for the entire western Long Island corridor.
