$100 (before tax) is the flat delivery minimum. Orders under $100 are still welcome for in-store pickup — no minimum at the counter. The $100 floor lets us keep delivery itself free and our drivers properly paid.

Yes — our drivers use unmarked vehicles. No ZenZest logo, no cannabis branding outside. Product travels in sealed exit bags inside a locked compartment per NY State delivery regulations. Your neighbors will see a regular car at the curb.

The driver will call and text. If we can't reach you, the driver waits 5 minutes then returns to dispatch — your order goes back into the queue and we'll try again or refund (your call). NY State law forbids leaving cannabis at the door, so an ID-verified handoff is mandatory.
